We are in need of sponsors and donations.
first and foremost we need Corporate sponsors to cover the cost of renting the ball room, Approx. $750.
Without that, there will be no zombie prom at all. so PLEASE! someone help!
We also need door prizes donated as well as funds to cover other costs associated with the Prom.
***CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS DEADLINE*** is June 10th in order to have your logo put on all our printed advertisements!!
We are looking for:
Corporate Sponsors ($300 or more) will get their logo put on all printed advertisements, website,Parade float, banners and booths, sponsors ($50 or more) will be placed on our sponsor banner at the event and website. Sponsors under $50 will be displayed on our website All door prize donors will be announced as the prizes are awarded.
We understand times are tough and want to give back to our sponsors as much as we can. Therefore, we will try to promote your business as much as possible.
We need the donations as soon as possible, as we don't have much time for planning.
